Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase
All returns require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—posting times vary.
- Finally, contact your bank; processing times can differ.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email store@houseofkaif.com and send your product to our return address (see Shipping Returns below).
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
